1972 280SE 4.5 Driver's Door Arm Rest/Pull in Bamboo...

I'm restoring a 1972 280SE 4.5 and although she doesn't need much I do need a new Driver's Door Arm Rest/Pull in Bamboo.  Mine has obviously been sprayed and although it doesn't look horrible it doesn't look great.  Any ideas where I can get one?
